Recruitment status: The live application portal is now connected to TW&D's Google Apps Script recruitment backend. Applications are recorded in the private recruitment workspace and submitted documents are stored in the company recruitment folder.
HOW APPLICATIONS WILL WORK
A structured process from application to interview.
The planned portal keeps applicants informed while giving management a central record of every application.
01Submit applicationApplicant provides contact details, qualifications, experience, role and application letter, with CV/supporting documents.
02Application receivedApplicant receives a confirmation email and management receives a new-application notification.
03Review & shortlistManagement updates the application status from received to under review or shortlisted.
04Interview scheduledInterview date, time, location and format are entered by management and a confirmation is sent to the applicant.
05Final decisionSuccessful, not-selected and other status updates can be communicated directly from the recruitment system.

The live form will connect to a private Google Sheet/Drive workspace controlled by TW&D management. CVs and supporting documents will not be stored in the public GitHub website.
